I graduated today.I almost can’t even believe I made it the whole 6 months. So many times I wanted to give up, so many times I wanted to quit and I didn’t. The Lord preserved me. I am thankful.
I’ve been so privileged to run with this group.

Thank you for letting me run with you. I couldn’t have picked a better group of people to run with. A bettter group of people to call my family. One of the ways I learned about the Lord the most throughout the past six months was through watching you guys. The way you act, speak, move, and treat people..the Lord is there. He’s in every action; in every move. This is what true Christianity looks like to me. Leaving you all is the hardest thing that I’ve ever had to do. But I know with certainty that I will see you all again. Perhaps not in this life but know one thing: when Jesus splits the sky, the first thing I’ll look for is all of you. That is, if i can see past the brightness of your countenance.
Even now as I sit in EGS, I think of you. It’s impossible not to cry. Our reserved section is occupied with strangers. There are less than ten familiar faces. Only: Rebekah Jane, Stephanie Sandmeyer, Sawyer and Kevin to keep me company. The service is the same but my heart isn’t. You’ve taken quite a bit of it with you.
I am only one phone call away from every one of you and I will be expecting you.

Melanie,
Thank you so much for this…I really needed this encouragement so much. You are wonderful, and I will also be looking for you first thing when Jesus splits the sky! oh how I wait and long for the time when we will never again have to say goodbye. I love you so much. Thank YOU for the privilege of running with you.
